Poggipolini has been a leader, since 1950, in the design and manufacture of fasteners and precision components in titanium and special steel alloys, for sectors such as aeronautics and automotive. It offers its experience and expertise all over the world, with its 85 internal collaborators, including engineers, technicians. and highly qualified operators, as well as numerous consultants and external collaborators. In recent years, investments in Research and Development have been impressive. The peak occurred in 2019, with 6 million euros, equal to 40% of turnover. Customers include: Leonardo, Safran, Boeing, Ferrari, Porsche, McLaren, Lamborghini, Ducati and Bugatti.

This identity, born from the entrepreneurial style of the founder, grandfather Calisto, has gradually strengthened in traditions, experiences and behaviours, becoming one of the fundamental resources of the company.

This is why the company has adopted the company code of ethics, a document containing a series of social and moral rules drawn up by the company and which all members of the company must abide by, from the Board of Directors to individual employees or third parties acting in the name and on behalf of the company. It is the charter of fundamental corporate rights and duties which defines the ethical and social responsibilities (both internally and externally) of the company and the values it embraces: it is voluntary and not binding according to the law. Its purpose is to continue to remind everyone of the spirit that animates the company and the reason for which it was created.
